By telling them what to expect and showing them the things I plan to use, my goal is to build trust and show them that dentistry doesn't have to be frightening.

We were referred to this office and we couldn’t be more happier. From the first call to schedule, to our first encounter with the staff and doctors, I was so impressed! Everyone is so, so sweet, welcoming and you can truly see how much they care for their patients and love what they do. Both Dr Claus and Dr Christy were amazing. Very detailed and made sure they explained to my kids and myself. Angelic talked to the kids and really made them feel comfortable and excited to be there. She is so great with kids! All my kids came home saying how they wished they could come back sooner and how much they loved their visit. Only regret I have is not coming here sooner. They are so efficient, considerate, and amazing. Both my kids have been here since their first appts and it’s always gone well. They know how to make it fun. The TVs and prizes are great. Office is clean and comfy, and the kids love it. Dr. Claus is so gentle and talks them through it so it feels safe and quick. The others are amazing too; they work so quickly it makes it far nicer for the kids. Scheduling is easy, everything has been positive, and we’re just really grateful.
